They lack a quality service approach. You try to call them but can't reach them. They performed maintenance on the ceiling air conditioners, and afterwards they started leaking water; they didn't even come back to check it. I do not recommend this service center in this location.

They are skilled and professional people. I bought an air conditioner from them and I was very satisfied with both the sales and service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

They only care about selling the air conditioner, then they show no interest or concern for service or maintenance. I called them many times, they promised to come for maintenance, but they never did. My air conditioner is broken in this hot weather.
